It's a girls night out at the club, and after dancing and drinking, they all need to use the ladies room. The nightclub has only one toilet for men and one for women, breaking numerous regulations, but it's a popular place and the patrons put up with it. This particular evening, however, a girl is already in the bathroom and she has been there sometime, feeling ill. She refuses to come out, and in no time at all a long line is forming outside the door. The waiting girls fidget and complain, periodically hammering on the door in an attempt to get the occupant to come out. They soon resort to trying the door to the men's room, but they find this either occupied or locked. They have no choice but to go on waiting. A bouncer comes down the stairs to make sure everything is alright, and the waiting girls complain to him about the situation. He tries the men's room door and finds that it is indeed locked; he promises to return soon with a key so that the desperate girls can go in there instead. The minutes pass and the girl in the ladies bathroom still doesn't emerge, and the bouncer does not return with a key. The girls are approaching bursting point, and despite their best efforts to avoid humiliating themselves they start having accidents in their pretty evening dresses.

Lola has been shopping at a mall and is desperate to pee, so she heads for the nearest public toilets. When she arrives, however, she finds that the toilets are locked and that a janitor is sweeping the floor. She pleads with him to unlock the toilets and let her in, but he refuses, saying its hios job to clean this area and the lavatories are closed until he has finished. Bursting to pee, Lola starts to become irate, demanding that the man unlock the door for her. He stops what he is doing and considers the situation, then says that he will unlock it for her, but only if she gives him a blowjob first. Lola laughs and tells him no way, so he returns to sweeping and washing the floor. Desperate to relieve herself, and realizing that the janitor will not help her unless she does what he wants, she finally agrees and gets down on her knees. When she has finished, she asks him to unlock the door quickly, but he says he has to pull his pants back up first. While he is doing this, Lola loses control and wets herself in front of him. The janitor now unlocks the door, amused by Lola's embarrassment.
