My old computer died on me recently and I lost a bunch of things I had purchased on C4S. I thought it saved everything there, but it looks like my downloads have expired. Is there any other way to recover these?

Is there any issues with Clip4sale store? I cannot access it, it always shown broken page?

No, not to my knowledge. Sometimes, you just need to clear your browser's cache. I have run into odd things like this from time to time, and it nearly always comes down to the browser accessing older pages.
