Alba is being held prisoner in a basement. She is made to stand against a metal pole and is handcuffed to it. She has a metal collar secured around her neck, also attached to the pole, preventing her from bending forward. Finally, her ankles are secured with a zip tie so that she cannot even cross her legs. This is unfortunately because Alba needs to pee. She asks her captor to let her use the toilet, but he is not interesting in helping her. Left on her own, Alba stand there struggling with a full bladder, trying to resist the urge to piss, truly not wanting to wet herself. Even though there seems little hope of getting out of this situation with dry panties, she makes herself hold on in the hope that the man keeping her tied up with change his mind. As the minutes pass, she calls out several times, hoping to bring him back, but he does not return. Alba waits as long as possible, but she reaches a point where the the need to empty her bladder grows to powerful and she is compelled to release. Pee streams down her legs onto the floor, filling her shoes and spreading across the concrete at her feet. Relieved but uncomfortable in a different way, Alba does her best to relax and accept her situation.
