Hey Dave!

My old computer died on me recently and I lost a bunch of things I had purchased on C4S. I thought it saved everything there, but it looks like my downloads have expired. Is there any other way to recover these?

If you have an account with them, they are supposed to provide access to your purchases indefinitely. If you don't, probably not.

Fortunately I do! I'll reach out to their customer support

Is there any issues with Clip4sale store? I cannot access it, it always shown broken page?

No, not to my knowledge. Sometimes, you just need to clear your browser's cache. I have run into odd things like this from time to time, and it nearly always comes down to the browser accessing older pages. You can also try using another browser just as a test.
