Carissa arrives bursting to pee and is anxious to get started on her work for the day, not realizing that she is several hours earlier than arranged. When her error is pointed out to her, she wants to pee before she gets started, but the producer insists that she hold it. Rather than ruin the entire session, Carissa decides to wait. She is alarmed when she is asked to drink glasses of water for a while, just to make her already desperate situation worse. She is essentially told that she has to resist the urge to pee for hours. Finally, Carissa is instructed to undress and lock her ankle to the stove via a chain and cuff, then stand there holding her pee until she is given a vessel to piss into. She makes one more attempt to gain access to the bathroom, but this is denied. Now trapped in a place where she simply cannot relieve herself unless she is given something she can pee into, she has to hold it no matter or urgent to desire to pee becomes. Even so, Carissa is persuaded to drink even more water which serves to intensify her predicament still further. She has to stand there for the better part of an hour and is nearly bursting when she is finally given a vase so that she can finally pee. Despite her acute desperation, Carissa cannot release very much urine at all. She still badly needs to go but she has been waiting too long. Ten minutes later, the urge hits her like a freight train! Now standing in the bathroom, she pees into the vase again and this time releases the rest of it, finally emptying her aching bladder.
