Transfer problems resolved for most customers

The problem with downloads stalling during transfer seems to have been fixed for the majority of customers. We have allocated long periods of time and large amounts of memory on the server in an effort to make sure a connection is maintained. There are still a few people who experience download issues, usually in countries outside the U.S. and Canada. No doubt the distances involved are a factor, but a lot of this stems from the way OpenCart works. Suffice it to say, OC is not optimised for large downloads. Anyone who experiences a problem downloading files will have these sent to them via WeTransfer. Once you have them, best to store them locally rather than rely on future access via the Internet.
