Bound2Burst store offline for a short time

I just powercycled the server after reducing the amount of memory allocated to various processes - it was set high during testing the download problem, and leaving it high makes the server a bit sluggish overall. Alas, the store did not come back on line after the restart, so we'll have to wait for Dreamhost staff to take a look at it.
