When we booked Tilly for this shoot, she promised she would turn up with a full bladder, and she certainly did. She desperately wanted to put on her makeup before being filmed (these women are just so vain! Sorry Tilly) and that meant standing in the bathroom to do so. She sits on the toilet, legs spread apart, and lets it all go into the bowl.
