A. We never see your credit card details. That is all handled by pay-pal. All we receive is your name, your e-mail address for sending login information to you, and your address for delivery purposes if you have ordered the stories on CD.
Q. Why is the financial part of the transaction handled by a different website?
A. Pal-pal (and most financial facilitators) will not handle transactions for material with fetish content. If we tried to set this up on the bound2burst site, it would be declined. Bill Darke, on the other hand, has a bona fidŽ account for non-fetish material. He agreed to handle the transactions for us to keep things simple.
Q. In some cases, short movies cost more than longer ones. Why?
A. The price charged reflects the cost of making the movie. Some models charge a higher hourly rate than others, and since travel costs are met, this too can vary. If a special location is selected, such as a hotel room, this also adds to the cost of a shoot.
Q. Why don't I get the login info. as soon as I pay?
A. We appreciate that a delay is irritating.The problem is that if we pay a download provider for that capability, the price of the movies will increase by around 40%. If you want the movies immediately, however, you can obtain them. They are available from Clips4Sale.com, but they are more expensive for the reason cited above.
Q. How often are you going to add new movies?
A. After an initial investment on our part, we require that the movies will pay for themselves. The rate at which new ones appear will be controlled by the number of sales.
Q. Can I make suggestions about which of your stories are turned into movies, and can I make suggestions for scenarios I would like to see?
A. The answer to both questions is yes. However, we retain the right to refuse to follow through on suggestions if they are impractical to make, or if the content is not sufficiently aligned with the spirit of the Bound2Burst.com website.
