Paying him a visit in her capacity as an insurance investigator, she had planned to investigate a case of suspected insurance fraud. When challenged, however, Carson overpowered her and kept her tied up, forcing her to repeatedly pee herself. Now, after a year in prison, Carson has a score to settle with the woman who put him there. Karen returns to her car after shopping, not suspecting that Carson is waiting for her under a blanket on the back seat. Carson forces her to drive them to his house, where he once again binds her and makes her wait for the bathroom.
