Revisiting the story of Karen White, a year has passed since her ordeal at the Carson's home. Paying him a visit in her capacity as an insurance investigator, she had planned to investigate a case of suspected insurance fraud. When challenged, however, Carson overpowered her and kept her tied up, forcing her to repeatedly pee herself. Now, after a year in prison, Carson has a score to settle with the woman who put him there. Karen returns to her car after shopping, not suspecting that Carson is waiting for her under a blanket on the back seat. Carson forces her to drive them to his house, where he once again binds her and makes her wait for the bathroom. 2. THE SALESMAN (Running time: 12 minutes) Desperate to pee while watching television, Chris is waiting for the show to end before dashing to the bathroom. Unfortunately, someone knocks on the door and she succumbs to the temptation to answer it before relieving herself. It is an insurance salesman who bullies her into looking at one of his insurance brouchures. While Chris is looking at the brochure, the wind blows her front door shut and strands her outside. Bursting to pee and anxious to run off into the woods to do something about it, she tries to get rid of her unwanted visitor, but he refuses to leave without trying to help her regain entry to the house.
