THE ANSWERS

1. What is Files Forever?

Files Forever is a system set up by a company named Dreamhost (based in California) in 2006 to allow their customers to store files indefinitely to guard against loss of material when hard drives crash or things get accidentally erased. The system ebles the user to choose whether their files are private (viewed only by themselves) or public, which means anyone can see them. The public cannot download these files unless given a password, and the owner of the file chooses to charge a fee for the file or not, depending on their circumstances.

2. I've never heard of Dreamhost. Is it safe to give them my credit card details?

While their Files Forever system is not specifically designed for selling movies, Dreamhost is absolutely fine with it's customers using it to sell adult material in this way, provided that they own that material and are not breaking the law. In other words, their Terms and Conditions do not exclude adult content, unlike almost all other financial vendors (e.g., PayPal, Google, Yahoo, etc.). While Dreamhost may not be as widely known as these other institutions, and therefore may cause customers security concerns, I can only say that Dreamhost has been hosting Bound2Burst for 5 years now and they have never done anything bad to me, unlike the competition listed above. I do trust them. They will not divulge your credit card information to third parties, and they don't record sales in such a way that would place embarrassing comments on your bank or credit card statement. They're very discrete.

3. Why do I have to click "Add to Cart" twice, once on your site and again on Files Forever?

I think if we put "Go to Files Forever to Pay" a lot of people would be confused. It's just a simple way to direct you to the page where you can purchase your movie (or movies) where the payment setup is secure. We don't accept credit card information ourselves since that involves high-level encryption and a lot of security. We're not qualified to handle that, whereas Dreamhost is.

4. I think Files Forever charged me again for a movie I bought last week

It is not possible to pay for the same movie twice on Files Forever. Each time you log into your account, you will see all the movies you have already purchased in addition to any new purchase you make. This is because they will stay available to you forever. If you try to purchase the same movie again, you'll get a message saying "But you already own this file".

5. Do I really have access to any movies I buy forever?

Yes, you really do. When you purchase for the first time, Dreamhost asks you to register with your e-mail account for user name and a password of your choice. Now you have an account with them. When you purchase and receive download information for your movie (which arrives almost straight away), you can access your movie at once. Each time you purchase another movie and log in to retrieve it, you will see a list of all earlier purchases. (By the way, the password you receive when you purchase a movie is a one-time-only password for your initial access; after that, the movie is listed in your account and can be accessed using your own password). This means that if you delete a movie off your home computer for the sake of privacy, or if your hard disc crashes and you lose everything, you can always come back and re-download your movies WITHOUT paying again, unlike with Clips4Sale where access is strictly limited to 48 hours. With Files Forever, you could come back in 10 years and still download your purchased movies, and not have to pay. It's a great deal really. All I ask is that you don't post these movies elsewhere or give other people your password for free downloading - if Dreamhost catches you doing that, they'll close your account and ban you for life. It would also hurt us - we're a very small company, and revenue losses to excessive piracy and free bittorrent downloads would likely kill Bound2Burst. After all, if you've paid for a movie, why shouldn't others have to pay too?

6. Why is there a price difference between the red and yellow Add to Cart options?

When you buy a movie, or set of movies, from Files Forever, we have to pay a download fee of $1 for every 400 MB you download. When you download a movie set, it costs us $2 or $3 extra. When you use the yellow Add to Cart option, you download from the Bound2Burst server, and we are not charged for this. We therefore knock $2 off the sales price so that you benefit from this saving. If the saving is greater than $2, then we receive that extra. It's a way we can both benefit.

7. Where do you find all those pretty girls who pee themselves for you?

Send me $500 and I'll tell you :-)
I'm sure you'll understand that I cannot divulge this information. Most of the models who work for us depend on maintaining a certain level on anonymity. In some cases, their private lives would be ruined by having family and friends find out what they do in their spare time, or indeed for a living! If their privacy is compromised, they are unlikely to work with us again.

8. May I ask for the address/phone number for (insert model's name)?

    You may ask :-)
