1. When I receive login information, what do I do?

2. My login information is not working. What do I do now?

      Try the trouble shooting advice in the e-mail message sent to you. To help you identify the nature of the problem, I have also created a web page showing examples of the three most common error messages customers receive. Before reporting a problem to us, it would be most helpful if you would identify which of these three - if any - applies to you. We appreciate your assistance.

3. Can I pay by credit card or do I have to use Pee-Buddy?

      Yes, you can pay with most credit cards. All financial transactions are performed through Pee-Buddy, but you don't need an account with them to do so.

4. Is my credit card information safe? Do you store this in a safe place?

      We don't ever see your credit card information. Only Pee-Buddy sees that, so we have no records to keep secure. We do see your address, but believe me, we never release information like that to anyone. Ever.

5. I see pay buttons on the Bound2Burst website, but the name of the financial institution handling payments is not mentioned. Why not?

      It's in order to keep a low profile. Search engines are great for making connections, and if the name Pee-Buddy is plastered all over the Bound2Burst website, it wouldn't be long before Pee-Buddy watchdogs came blazing a trail to our door. The Add to Cart button you see on Bound2Burst is merely an image which links to Bill Darke's site - that is where the legitimate Pee-Buddy account is held.

6. Why is there a different website to handle payments? Is something illegal going on?

      This overlaps with question 5. It's not illegal in any serious sense, but what we do does contravene the terms and conditions of just about every financial vendor out there. We are therefore bending the rules. The alternative is to hand everything over to a company that would house all the movies and control payment and downloads. Personally, I don't want to go that route.

7. When I pay, my money is taken right away, so why don't I get login information for my movie right away?

      Our system is manual. A User Name and Password for accessing the movie you've bought will be e-mailed to you by Bill (or occasionally me) as soon as possible after you've paid, but the delay is typically a few hours. The money is taken by Pee-Buddy, and we have no control over when they do that.

8. Can you automate your system? It would be a lot more convenient for your customers.

      The only way to achieve this is, as intimated above, to hand everything over to a company which would house all the movies and control the downloads. It would have to be a company that does not mind handling fetish material. Those who will accommodate this tend to be very pricey since they know they have you by the short and curlies. They would, in consequence, take a very substantial cut for providing this immediate access service, so much so that movie prices would double (or more) overnight. I really don't want that to happen.
      In addition, some of the current functionality would disappear. For example, we would not be able to offer movie sets the way we do at present. This isn't possible on Clips4Sale, for example, which is where to go for our movies if you do want immediate access. C4S imposes no restrictions on us; they merely take a 40% cut. This, coupled with the way their software relates pricing to movie length, is why the movies are more expensive there.

9. Where do you find all those pretty girls who are willing to pee themselves?

      I'm sure you'll understand that I cannot divulge this information. Most of the models who work for us depend on maintaining a certain level on anonymity. In some cases, their private lives would be ruined by having family and friends find out what they do in their spare time, or indeed for a living! If their privacy is compromised, they are unlikely to work with us again. However, you can e-mail some of them, and some of them will answer you, in time. Remember, they tend to lead busy lives.

10. Do the models get desperate just for the money, or do some of them like it?

      Some and some. Models like Beverley, Jayne, Jynx and Danielle and definitely into peeing, and to some extent desperation. That's not to say all the others do it just for money (they became fetish models for a reason), but it is their primary motivation.
